Welcome to the new SAY East website. We are an all-volunteer organization of over 24 Districts (schools and neighborhoods) in eastern and central Cincinnati. SAY East is a part of SAY Soccer, a national organization dedicated to recreational soccer that promotes player participation, sound instruction and safe, enjoyable, fair play.

Boys and girls of all sizes and skills participate in this rapidly growing, recreational soccer program. The SAY Rulebook has detailed laws and procedures on matters such as team formation (blind draws, no stacking), playing time (all players must play half the game), player eligibility, team formation, equitable playing time and sportsmanship.

At the heart of SAY Soccer’s foundation is our recreational programming. Since 1967 SAY Soccer has been the leader in recreational league support and strives to ensure that every child has the opportunity to experience the game of soccer in a fun safe environment.
