Sea Lards are a species of lard (the others being Greed Lards, Space Lards, Grass Lards, and Angler Lards) that are first seen in the episode "BMO Noire," when Finn carries one into the Tree Fort after winning a raffle at Princess Bubblegum's potluck as revealed in "Princess Potluck."

Shelby comes out from Finn's armpit and informs them that sea lards are salt water fish, and that the pond outside is fresh water. After hearing this, Finn nonchalantly takes off his pajamas, revealing his red-and-white underpants, and dives in to rescue the sea lard.

Lards are a unique and enigmatic species found throughout the Land of Ooo. The physiology of Lards varies based on their environment, but in general their body consists mainly of a large, rounded bulk with only a face and almost no limbs, save for a single stubby nub atop their "head" of unknown function, often covered with sparse hairs.
