Sinhasani is a town and Village Development Committee in Bara District in the Narayani Zone of south-eastern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 3,520 persons living in 589 individual households.

Goddess Singhasani is the presiding deity of Singhasini temple and One of the Famous Shakti Pitha in Brahmapur, Odisha. Raja Sankranti and Durgapuja are the main festivals of Maa Singhasini. Every year thousands of devotees come here to see the Festival. It is the Pilgrim centre of south Odisha.
