Sep 9, 2020 · OP, we also use the IP to pressure cook oxtail for kare kare. Just the meat and water with some salt and garlic. Take the meat and some of the broth to finish the rest on the stovetop. Makes the oxtail super tender like it must be in your sinigang recipe.

No, the one one the left has yellow miso taste. It is usually used for a variant of sinigang called Sinigang sa Miso. Good for fish Edit: You can go the old school way.
