Apr 2, 2013 · Vertigo is not the same as acrophobia which is more associated with heights as vertigo can occur while standing still on the ground and symptoms can last for days or even weeks. Acrophobia only occurs when the person is high up and looking down. (I blame Hitchcock for the confusion)

Jun 2, 2020 · The Simpsons queue gags are possibly better than the actual ride, but from memory Back to the Future wasn't all that much better as an actual ride. I think its getting close to demolition for the ride entirely, but I'm not sure what would be best as a replacement, as the Simpsons area is worth keeping, it just needs a new centrepiece ride.

Mar 27, 2023 · My wife is not a coaster rider but she is prone to bouts of vertigo. She uses Sea-Bands and swears by them…they are worn on the wrists and have 2 “nubs” that press on a nerve which curtails the motion sickness…they are usually used for seasickness. They can be found at major drug stores and big boxes like Target etc. Hope they help!
