Aug 16, 2015 · What I really like about fish tacos is that they are “light”. I don’t necessarily mean low in calories; regular tacos are good, but ground beef in sauce or even just grilled chicken is “heavier” than fish. Pairing fish with fresh (raw/uncooked) veggies, cilantro, lime and a tortilla is so refreshing. Absolutely agree.

Turns out I didn’t have any Cajun seasoning left but did find some Essence of Emeril (Emeril Lagasse’s herb/spice).

Fry off fish in batter of choosing, I like a dry batter with added cumin and other southwest seasonings. Construct tacos in amounts of your choosing. Top with sauce, chopped cilantro, and squeeze of lime.

My answer was “If the Minnesota DNR can provide data that showing it would better the walleye populations and fishing within the State am all for it”.

Heat the fish. Then 10-20 seconds on the soft tacos to soften them and make them more pliable. Then a little Chipotle mayo and you are good.
