I've heard of people taming these bats, but I can tell you from personal experience that they're very hard to tame solo. Even with a group it might be difficult. All mobs in Zul'Gurub are beefed for raid groups. These bats turn you into a frog and beat on you.

Jul 1, 2020 · The bats from zg have the same attack speed 1.0 and have screech which is a stackable demoralizing shout that helps reduce the damage the boss does to tanks. While the speed is 1.0 all pets do the same amount of dps in the game what ever their speed says.

Bloodseeker Bats are bats found in Zul'Gurub. Prior to pet attack speed normalization in Patch 1.9.0, they were particularly prized by hunters because they had 1.0 attack speed, which was the quickest in the game.
