Moxico Resources plc is an unlisted public mining company headquartered in the United Kingdom. The principal activities of Moxico are the exploration, development and operation of mineral and mining assets in the Republic of Zambia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In addition to its mining licences, Moxico holds mineral rights to highly prospective exploration opportunities across Zambia, with the most prospective exploration assets prioritised on the development curve.

Warren joined the board of Moxico as a non-executive director in December 2021 and was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman in October 2024. Warren is currently Chair of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

The Mimbula Copper Project is Moxico’s first producing asset. The Phase 1 operations produce 10,000 tonnes of copper cathode per annum using a heap leach and solvent extraction/electrowinning (SX/EW) process started in December 2022.

Moxico indirectly owns, through its Zambian subsidiaries, a portfolio of mining and exploration licences in the Zambian Central African Copperbelt region, located in three areas (or clusters), namely Chingola, Mufumbwe and Solwezi.
