Give your nodachi to a tank, have your light armor/medium armor troops use the katana. You should give your weapons to people depending on their role. If you're running solo, I'd suggest keeping the Nodachi simply because it has more potential to hit multiple targets.

Proper Nodachi Build Suggests : r/ConquerorsBlade - Reddit
Aug 19, 2020 · Nodachi isn't in a great place PVP-wise at the moment due to relatively low armour penetration. In a 1v1 situation it is very difficult to win if they know how they are doing and are able to land their CC. Unfortunately you either have to focus on larger fights with more potential lifesteal targets or win the fight through out-sustaining them.

May 16, 2022 · Makes nodachi an extremely strong duelist and just great overall in almost every situation :) but doesnt have very strong situations like the ones i described with Avalance and Dragons Leap. If I go Blood Oath I sometimes switch tigers claw with monstrous blade for an even more auto-attacking oriented build.
Nodachi vs Odachi, are they the same? : r/SWORDS - Reddit

People who say Nodachi is good at dueling and they reck enemy heroes are just trying to show off. It's not a good (solo) dueling class, even if you're the top nodachi on your server.

New reach weapons (Treasure Vault) : r/Pathfinder2e - Reddit
I'm happy to see some advanced weapons that are common. With that deadly d12, I'd like to try out a nodachi on a fighter, might even go tengu to avoid needing Advanced weapon training at lvl 6. I've never considered using readied attacks, but the new brace trait seems pretty okay.

Jun 3, 2022 · Bro it's just avalanche. Every video I have seen that tries to say nodachi is op, uses avalanche. They slap on monstrous blade, get bloodbath and regain all of their health while having cc immunity, 225 crit value and the only thing that can stop em is a cc immune poleaxe. Nodachi has like 63% life steal in that mode.
