An off-duty firefighter is facing multiple charges, including DWI, in connection to a deadly crash on Northern Boulevard in Queens.

Sheriff Brian Schenck reported that deputies arrested 21-year-old Russell X. Lampman on February 24 at 9:32 p.m. He was charged with DWI (first offense), operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher (first offense), and additional vehicle and traffic violations.
