LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch for several Kentucky and southern Indiana counties Wednesday afternoon. A tornado watch is in effect for the following counties until midnight EST: Breckinridge, Bullitt, Grayson, Hardin, Hart, Jefferson, Larue, Meade, Oldham and Trimble.

CARTERVILLE, Ill. (WSIL) — A tornado watch has been issued for the entire region until 11 p.m. The National Weather Service issued the tornado watch which includes all of southern Illinois, southeast Missouri, western Kentucky and northwest Tennessee. The watch also extends into Indiana and further north into Illinois and into Arkansas.

Severe storms with damaging wind, hail and possibly tornadoes are expected to hit Louisville Sunday evening, according to the National Weather Service

Survey teams from the National Weather Service fanned out across parts of Michigan on Monday and so far have confirmed four tornadoes that touched down in different parts of the state this weekend. The tornado outbreak occurred during Sunday’s severe weather that saw a massive line of thunderstorms march across Michigan.
